Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 20 to 30 agents effectively.
- Ensure achievement of performance targets related to accuracy, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs and process standards.
- Monitor and track team performance and client satisfaction levels.
- Handle team escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process updates and developments.
- Coordinate with Assistant Managers/Managers from an end-user perspective.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain daily performance reports.
- Monitor attrition and shrinkage within the team.
- Drive the team towards achieving quality and service targets.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate or 10+2+3 qualification with good communication skills.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in an Inbound Customer Service process.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of team handling, productivity management, and reporting.
- Ability to handle escalations and motivate team members.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
