Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Languages : Telugu , Hindi , English
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Manage a team of 20 to 30 agents while monitoring performance standards against planned objectives
- Performance & SLA: Set and meet performance targets for accuracy, efficiency, and quality to ensure client SLAs are met.
- Quality & Feedback: Document and report quality issues, provide systematic feedback to team members, and drive the team to achieve quality targets.
- Operations: Handle escalations, manage daily reports, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of process developments.
- Retention: Responsible for taking care of team attrition and shrinkage.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Graduate or $10+2+3$ with good communication skills
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader is mandatory.
- Domain Expertise: Should have 2-5 years of experience specifically as a Team Leader in an Inbound Customer Service process.
