🔥 Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive performance and manage a high-performing sales team in the EdTech domain.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle and manage a team of 15–20 sales executives
✔️ Drive team targets and ensure consistent performance
✔️ Monitor daily KPIs and conversions
✔️ Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to the team
✔️ Handle escalations and support in closures.
🎯 Mandatory Requirements:
❗ Must have UG-PG Domestic University sales experience in EdTech
❗ Must have handled a team of 15–20 members
❗ Strong leadership & target-driven mindset
