Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Chennai. The Team Lead will be responsible for guiding and managing a team to achieve sales targets, overseeing recruitment and team development, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include supporting team members with mentorship, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management and leadership with demonstrated ability to guide and motivate others.

- Experience in sales, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with team members and clients.
- Strategic thinking and performance management skills to plan and achieve business goals.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate closely with local and regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the life insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
