We are hiring Team Leads for Khatabook at the Jaipur location to lead an outbound loan lead generation team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive performance of 15–20 Executives
- Monitor daily KPIs like login hours, talk time, and leads generated
- Work with SMEs to improve productivity and conversions
- Conduct team coaching and performance reviews
- Analyze data to improve team performance
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in outbound sales/loan process
- Prior team handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
