Job Description: Team Leader – Business Associates (BA)

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive a high-performing team of Business Associates (BAs). In this role, you will transition from individual sales to a leadership capacity—focusing on maximizing team output, ensuring high conversions for demat account openings, pushing active client investments, and generating consistent revenue from your team's customer base.
A strong, practical understanding of the share market is essential to guide both your team and your clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Associates (BAs) to ensure they meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Demat & Investment Performance: Oversee the end-to-end process of opening demat accounts and onboarding clients smoothly through your team.
- Revenue Generation: Drive strategies within the team to encourage clients to actively trade and invest in equities, mutual funds, and PMS, directly impacting company revenue.
- Training & Mentoring: Conduct regular training sessions for BAs on sales pitches, handling objections, and fundamental share market concepts.
- Quality & Monitoring: Review team calls, track conversion metrics via CRM, and provide real-time feedback to optimize performance.
- Client Escalations: Step in to close high-value clients or resolve complex customer queries regarding investment strategies and risk tolerance.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in financial sales, with at least 1 year of experience handling or mentoring a sales team (preferred).
- Market Knowledge: Mandatory strong knowledge of the share market / stock market, trading operations, and financial instruments (Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
- Target-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving team numbers.
Salary & Benefits- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Fixed, based on experience and interview performance).

Work Schedule- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday: Half day (9:50 AM – 2:00 PM)
