Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
✅ Experience in Motor Insurance – Agency Channel is mandatory
✅ Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
✅ Ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage a team of VRMs/Telecallers
✔ Drive sales performance and achieve business targets
✔ Coach, mentor, and develop team members for continuous improvement
✔ Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
✔ Ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining business quality
