Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the fundraising team
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and team members
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure timely reporting and achievement of weekly/monthly targets
- Individual and team target achievement is the core responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in fundraising/sales/team handling preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
