Role Description
The Team Lead will oversee and guide team operations to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include planning, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, fostering collaboration, and providing mentorship to team members. The role requires regular reporting on project progress and adherence to deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including mentorship and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in project management and task delegation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills adaptable to complex challenges
- Knowledge of the technology sector, particularly software development, AI solutions, and cloud integration
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and project reporting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field
- Previous experience in leadership roles is highly desirable
