Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead based in Mira Bhayandar. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage a team to achieve set targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service delivery excellence. The role will also involve mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong team management, leadership, and mentorship skills to drive team performance effectively.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, operations management, and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills for effective team coordination.
- Ability to meet deadlines, set goals, and work collaboratively with various departments.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services offered by NBFCs is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and operational software.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a team lead or in a similar managerial role is highly desirable.
