Job Summary:
We are hiring a Team Lead to manage a team of Investment Advisors, drive performance, ensure quality advisory, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of advisors
- Monitor team performance & KPIs
- Ensure quality investment advice and client handling
- Manage escalations and high-value clients
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Conduct training and support team development
Requirements:
- Graduate (Finance/Business preferred)
- 2–5 years in investment advisory/wealth management
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
- Strong knowledge of financial products & markets
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
