Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will manage daily workflows, ensure team performance and quality standards, and oversee seamless execution of medical billing and RCM processes. Responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, mentoring team members, resolving operational bottlenecks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in medical billing, coding, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Proficiency in analyzing and monitoring performance metrics and streamlining workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and technological tools relevant to medical billing.
- Proactive approach to change management and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience with US healthcare systems or working in a similar capacity is an advantage.
