We're expanding our team and are looking for a Team Lead – US IT Staffing with 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. If you're passionate about finding top talent, building strong teams, and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the recruitment team in delivering quality hires
- Source and recruit IT & Non-IT professionals for contract and full-time positions
- Use LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms to identify top talent
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate client interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and account managers to meet client hiring needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean search techniques.
- Good understanding of technologies like Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, and more.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skill.
- Previous team leadership experience is preferred.
