Role Description
We are seeking a Team Lead for an on-site, full-time role based in Hubli. In this role, you will manage a team to achieve organizational goals, oversee project workflows, provide mentorship and coaching, monitor team performance, and ensure operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess project requirements, manage resources, and drive the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. The Team Lead will also play an active role in problem-solving, implementing best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution
- Project Management, Resource Allocation, and Workflow Optimization skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Abilities for collaborating with teams and clients effectively
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to handle challenges effectively and efficiently
- Adaptability and Analytical Thinking to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
- Previous experience in team leadership or management roles, preferably in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, or Data Annotation projects
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems, project management software, and other relevant tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, technology, or a related field
