Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure achievement of business targets. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, driving productivity, analyzing reports, and strategizing to optimize workflows. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align team goals with organizational objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including guiding and motivating teams to achieve targets
- Strong analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Competence in operational processes, sales strategy execution, and target achievement
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in loan/financial product distribution or the FinTech domain is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
