🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬: Sell and lease premium commercial real estate properties to corporate clients and HNI investors.
𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬: Act as a trusted advisor, proposing ideal property options and strategic market insights.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬: Build strong connections with local property owners, developers, and brokers.
𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 & 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐞: Develop localized sales strategies and lead high-performing teams to crush monthly targets.
𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth transaction closures and manage client data on CRM.
🧐 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Experience in Real Estate Sales (Commercial Real Estate leasing experience is highly preferred).
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Strong negotiation abilities, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the local commercial property market.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Fluent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Open to both Undergraduate and Graduate candidates.
𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Must own a 𝟐-𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫 (𝐛𝐢𝐤𝐞) and hold a valid Driver's License (Mandatory for field visits).
