We are seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to spearhead our commercial real estate operations and drive market excellence across the South Mumbai landscape.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲:
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: South Mumbai (On-site)
📈 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: Commercial Leasing & Team Leadership
💰 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞: Competitive Fixed + Uncapped Incentives + Medical
📅 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬: Fixed Sundays & Alternate Saturdays off
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝:
3-5 years in Real Estate Sales (Commercial experience is a big plus).
A solid track record of individual sales (3+ years).
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and close high-value deals.
Fluency in English & Hindi.
