Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead position located in Guindy. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a team to ensure excellent performance and achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring team progress, providing guidance, addressing challenges, and maintaining open communication with clients. The role requires the ability to implement best practices, uphold quality standards, and excel in fostering a productive team environment.
