Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Team Lead role based in Delhi, India. The Team Lead will oversee the execution of technical and industry immersive learning programs, managing a dynamic team of learners and ensuring project milestones are met. This role involves coordinating with industry mentors, conducting regular team reviews, and fostering collaboration among participants. The Team Lead will be responsible for providing guidance on technical and professional skills, and ensuring smooth execution of project. Additionally, the role requires monitoring progress, resolving bottlenecks, and presenting outcomes to stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications
Leadership and Team Management skills to lead teams, mentor participants, and manage workflow effectively
Technical Expertise in project development, implementation, and code reviews
Professional Communication, Client Interaction, and Presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across disciplines and maintain a learner-focused approach
Proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to software development
Experience in mentoring or teaching early-career professionals or students
Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree (MCA/ M.Sc.) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas
