Role Description
We are seeking a Team Lead for a full-time on-site position based in Central Delhi. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing team performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results on time. This role will involve collaborating across departments, guiding strategic decision-making, and driving the development of innovative financial solutions. The Team Lead will also act as a mentor for team members and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, setting goals, and fostering teamwork.
- Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, project management tools, and familiarity with machine learning concepts.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Expertise in identifying challenges, analyzing solutions, and implementing actionable strategies.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Financial Products: Understanding of financial products, consumer lending processes, or experience in related industries is a plus.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Prior experience in a leadership role is required.
- Adaptability: Ability to perform in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and quickly respond to changes or challenges as they arise.
