Position Summary :Team Leader/Manager
CredFaas is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader/Manager to lead and motivate our team of Field Executives across Tamil Nadu. This is an office-based role responsible for overseeing the performance, training, and development of the field executive team, ensuring the achievement of performance targets and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in strategizing market penetration, optimizing operational processes, and fostering a high performance culture to expand CredFaas’s reach and impact across the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Executives to achieve individual and team performance targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective market strategies and action plans to drive loan product adoption and market penetration across Tamil Nadu. Set clear business objectives and KPIs for the field team. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the field executive team against targets. Analyze performance data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions for Field Executives on product knowledge, executive coaching, customer relationship management, and compliance procedures. Identify skill gaps and facilitate necessary training.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to operational processes, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines by the field team. Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt market strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Liaise effectively with other internal departments, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve escalated client issues or team challenges promptly and effectively.
Qualifications Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 4-7 years of progressive experience in management, with at least 2-3 years in a team leading or managerial role, preferably within the financial services or fintech lending industry. Experience managing field executive teams is highly desirable.

Location: This is an office-based position in Tamil Nadu, with occasional travel as required for team meetings or market visits.
