🔹 Job Overview
Collegedunia is looking for an experienced Team Leader (Kannada Language) - Sales & Counselling to manage and drive a team of educational counsellors. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in communication, and
comfortable working from the office.
🔹Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage a team of educational counsellors
Drive admissions and sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
Monitor calls and provide regular feedback to improve conversions
Conduct training, coaching, and daily performance tracking
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management
Prepare reports and share updates with the reporting manager
🔹Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Educational Counselling
Prior team handling experience is preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Target-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
Comfortable working from office only
Candidates willing to commute to Sector 18, Gurugram must apply
🔹Salary & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month + incentives
Salary hike based on last drawn salary and relevant experience

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: Sector 18, Gurugram
