Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage and coordinate day-to-day operations at CIO Times. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haveli. The Team Lead will oversee project execution, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure that goals are met on time while fostering collaboration. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, resolving operational challenges, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.

- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and systems related to project and team management.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant professional experience.
