About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead – Sales & Marketing to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving business growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales strategy and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and conversion metrics
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, lead generation, and brand promotions
• Ensure proper CRM management and reporting
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing with team handling experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-oriented and highly motivated mindset
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
