Job Summary
Banyan Infomedia Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and manage the operations of the social media agency. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale communication and media projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the agency team to ensure successful execution of project goals
- Coordinate with clients, officials, and stakeholders for smooth project operations
- Ensure timely delivery of content, campaigns, reports, and project outputs
- Oversee content strategy, quality assurance, and brand consistency across platforms
- Monitor team performance, reporting processes, and workflow management
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, timelines, and project guidelines
- Support planning, execution, and review of communication campaigns and outreach initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Media Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing communication or media projects
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines efficiently
- Excellent command of both English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of digital media, social media strategy, and public communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with government departments or public sector projects
- Knowledge of public communication and digital outreach campaigns will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with RFPs (Request for Proposals), tenders, and documentation processes is preferred
