Profile:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and manage our relationships with our largest and most complex partners. Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met, and proactively seeking out new business opportunities
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed Loan / Credit Card sales targets.
Onboard, train and monitor the performance of DSAs to maximize sales potential.
Build strong relationships with DSAs, banking partners, and internal teams Lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve objectives.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills Ensure compliance with regulations and implement control measures.
Requirements:
3+ years of Credit card / Loan sales and DSA channel management experience.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of Credit card /Loan products, industry regulations and market dynamics
Result-oriented with a focus on partner satisfaction
