Designation: Team Leader – Admissions (Retail)
Reporting To: Admission Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader – Admissions (Retail) who will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), telecallers, and field executives to drive student admissions and lead conversions.
The candidate will manage daily calling operations, walk-in counseling, IVR and digital leads, local outreach activities, and ensure achievement of admission targets through effective team handling and conversion strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Operations
- Lead and supervise CREs, telecallers, and field executives for smooth daily operations.
- Allocate IVR, digital, and walk-in leads to the team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
Counseling & Admissions
- Handle critical counseling sessions and high-priority walk-in admissions.
- Support the team in lead conversion and admission closures.
- Track Lead-to-Walk-in and Walk-in-to-Admission conversion ratios and implement corrective actions when required.
Field & Outreach Activities
- Plan and execute local marketing and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate door-to-door visits and institutional engagement activities to generate admissions.
Quality & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to communication standards, admission scripts, and IVR processes.
- Handle admission-related queries, objections, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and customer-centric communication within the team.
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accurate entry and management of enquiry and admission data in MIS/CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Admission Manager.
- Maintain proper admission records and follow-up tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Admissions, Counseling, Retail Sales, or Team Handling roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of lead management and conversion processes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/MIS systems preferred.
