Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Team Lead to join our vibrant office in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee and guide a team to achieve performance metrics, ensure effective communication, and maintain a motivated work environment. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies for process improvement and team optimization. The role demands exceptional leadership and organizational skills to meet both client expectations and organizational objectives.

- Strong team management and leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interaction.
- Operational expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance productivity and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and setting performance goals for team success.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in call center operations, including inbound and outbound processes, is a strong asset.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a similar supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the outsourcing or call center industry, is highly desirable.
