Role Description
The Team Lead at AI Connect will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of event planning and strategy initiatives. Tasks include coordinating with various teams, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met, providing mentorship to team members, and improving operational workflows. The Team Lead will also serve as the communication bridge between leadership and team members, ensuring clear objectives and collaboration across all functions. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, allowing for a combination of on-site work and remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Project management, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams
- Experience with event planning or virtual event platforms is highly desirable
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
