Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, provide guidance, and ensure task completion aligned with company goals. They will mentor team members, optimize processes to enhance efficiency, and facilitate effective team collaboration. Additionally, the Team Lead will contribute to performance evaluations, assist in resolving challenges, and maintain smooth communication within and across departments.
