Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead/Assistant Manager role based in Noida. The role entails leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and financial consulting services. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with client requirements, mentoring team members, solving complex process-related challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The selected candidate will also identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and manage high-performance teams.
- Expertise in Accounting, Taxation, and Bookkeeping, including experience with Accounting Standards like US GAAP or IFRS.
- Technical proficiency in software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and MYOB, with an aptitude for learning new technologies or tools.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and process optimization to drive operational efficiency within financial workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills that reflect professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience working with global clients and a proven ability to adapt to diverse business environments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
