Role Overview:
We are for a Team Lead – Admissions to oversee and guide a team focused on driving enrollments for online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The role requires a performance-driven leader with prior experience in online admissions (UG&PG only) who can lead from the front and deliver on targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, guide, and inspire a team of 10–12 Business Development Executives
• Define and achieve team as well as individual enrollment goals for online UG & PG programs
• Train and support team members on sales techniques, lead conversion, and process excellence
• Build a driven, collaborative, and results-focused team environment
• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior management
• Suggest and implement strategies to improve conversions and overall admissions performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2+ years of sales experience, including a minimum of 6 months in a leadership role within online UG & PG admissions
• Demonstrated track record of leading teams and achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, target-oriented work environment
