Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hisar for a Team Lead - Admissions. The Team Lead will manage and oversee the admissions process, guiding prospective students and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing excellent customer service to students, collaborating with the academic and operations teams, and developing strategies to achieve admissions targets. The role also requires leadership in streamlining processes and contributing to the overall education ecosystem development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Education and Educational Leadership for guiding and managing admissions processes effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and aligning programs to market needs is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams and streamline operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Higher education experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
