Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Team Lead — Social Media, Content & Client Strategy. The team lead will oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns, content calendars, and brand communication across platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and studio standards. Responsibilities include leading a small content and social media team, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and coordinating with design, motion, and UI/UX teams to create cohesive campaigns. The role involves managing client relationships, participating in strategy discussions, translating client briefs into clear action plans, and presenting ideas, reports, and performance insights. The team lead will also track project timelines, prioritize tasks, and optimize content performance based on analytics and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Marketing, Creative Strategy, or related roles.
- Agency, creative studio, or in-house brand experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Experience managing or mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of branding, content, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing and content strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in creating presentations, briefs, and strategic documents.
- Portfolio showcasing successful brand, content, or marketing initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple industries and categories.
- Experience growing brand-owned social media channels.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
