HonorVet Technologies is expanding its Healthcare Recruitment team and is looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead –US Healthcare (Allied) to lead recruitment operations and manage a team of recruiters for the US Healthcare Staffing domain.
📍 Location: Mohali (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
💼 Experience: 5–8 Years
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🔹 Role Overview:
The Team Lead – US Healthcare (Allied) will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Allied Healthcare requirements while leading, mentoring, and driving the performance of a team of recruiters. The role requires strong expertise in US Healthcare Staffing, client handling, team management, and delivery management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the US Healthcare recruitment team
• Handle end-to-end Allied Healthcare recruitment for roles like CT Tech, MRI Tech, X-Ray Tech, Cath Lab Tech, Surgical Tech, IR Tech, Clinical Pharmacist, LMSW/LCSW, and other Allied Healthcare professionals
• Work on Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Track team performance, ATS updates, and hiring KPIs
• Maintain candidate engagement and client communication
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong experience in US Healthcare Staffing, specifically Allied Healthcare recruitment
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• Good understanding of MSP/VMS processes and ATS systems
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Understanding of US work authorization, compliance, and healthcare documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✨ Preferred:
• Candidates with experience in handling large-volume Allied Healthcare requirements
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, specialties, and compliance processes
• Experience working with Direct Clients and managing team performance metrics
