🔍 Role: Team Lead – US Healthcare Operations (Claims processing)
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – US Healthcare Operations to manage end-to-end healthcare processes, lead a team, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client and compliance standards.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Operations Management
Manage healthcare processes: Claims processing, eligibility, prior authorization, billing, AR follow-ups
Ensure SLA, KPI, and quality adherence
Drive process improvements and efficiency
🔹 Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare associates
Handle performance management, feedback, and engagement
Support hiring, onboarding, and training
🔹 Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and data privacy standards
Conduct audits and drive RCA & corrective actions
🔹 Stakeholder Management
Handle client escalations and participate in review calls
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance updates
