Are you a passionate technical leader ready to build scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions? We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader – Senior Software Engineer to drive architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade systems.

About the RoleThis is a leadership role where you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Architect and develop cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Build scalable backend systems using .NET (C#) and REST APIs
- Drive DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization

Key Responsibilities✔ Define coding standards and architectural best practices
✔ Design and deploy containerized applications (Docker)
✔ Implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
✔ Work with Node.js services where required
✔ Integrate analytics tools like Power BI
✔ Ensure secure coding practices (OWASP, API security)

Required Skills- Strong experience in .NET / C#
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with REST APIs & Node.js
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Database experience (SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring

Good to Have- Kubernetes (AKS)
- Azure Functions / App Services
- Cosmos DB / Service Bus / API Management
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)
- Experience in secure or regulated environments
