Role Description The Team Lead – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves sales to achieve revenue and growth targets, particularly for travel and tour packages. The Team Lead – Sales will oversee daily sales operations, set performance goals, track key metrics, and ensure high-quality customer interactions. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, providing tailored travel solutions, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, and supporting the development of new sales strategies and promotional campaigns. The role also includes training and mentoring team members, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets in a travel or service-oriented environment.
- Team Management abilities, including leading, coaching, and developing a high-performance sales team.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering hassle-free and satisfying travel experiences.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for managing leads and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
