Hiring: Team Leader – Lead Generation | Ed-Tech | Mumbai (WFO)
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Lead Generation to lead and drive outbound sales teams in the Ed-Tech industry.
📍 Location: Andheri East, Marol Naka, Mumbai
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (including 10% variable)
📌 Experience: 1–2 years as Team Leader in Outbound Sales / Lead Generation
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
✔ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance
✔ Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and improve team productivity
✔ Train and onboard new team members
✔ Conduct daily call audits and identify improvement areas
✔ Manage stakeholder/client escalations and support sales initiatives
✔ Prepare reports and provide performance updates to management
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Outbound Sales/Lead Generation
• Prior Ed-Tech experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
• Ed-Tech lead generation exposure
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Stakeholder management experience
