Role Name: Team Lead – International Sales / Customer Support
Location: Bangalore
Shift Timing: Rotational Shift (Mostly UK/AU Shift – 10:30 AM IST – 7:30 PM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of Team Handling Experience
Work Model: Flexible Working Policy
Salary: 6 LPA (FIXED) + 2.5 LPA Variable

Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Manage and support team performance to achieve sales and operational targets
Monitor productivity, KPIs, and overall team effectiveness
Provide guidance and support to team members in daily operations
Sales Coaching & Quality
Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer interactions
Conduct quality checks and provide actionable feedback
Drive performance improvements through regular mentoring
Shift Operations & Work Management
Manage workflow and ensure smooth shift operations
Support global English-speaking markets including US, Canada, and UK
Ensure process adherence and operational efficiency
Process, Systems & Data Accuracy
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and CRM updates
Ensure process compliance and attention to detail across operations
Communication & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Maintain professional communication standards with customers and internal teams
Onboarding Calls
Support onboarding and customer interaction processes as required
Additional Requirements
- Strong sales acumen with proven target achievement
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM / Zendesk, Calendly, or similar tools preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable working in a 24-hour shift-based model aligned with US/UK business hours
