Team Lead Google Ads (Service-Based / Healthcare)

We are looking for a Team Lead Google Ads who can lead, strategize, and execute high-performing campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team, optimize campaign performance, and ensure consistent delivery of results across multiple accounts.
Responsibility
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists
- Plan and execute campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing & Performance Max
- Develop advanced strategies to improve ROI, CPA, CPC & conversions
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and quality
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and analytics implementation
- Collaborate with content, design, and landing page teams
- Prepare reports and present performance insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Strong experience in service-based campaigns (Healthcare/Dental preferred)
- Proven team handling and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of bidding strategies and account structuring
- Experience with local and micro-location targeting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
