Job Title: Team Lead – France Payroll
Location: Mumbai
Exp Range: 4-10 Years
Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)
Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

• Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
• Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Must have skills
France Payroll Experience. 4 to 10 years of Payroll experience specially in France Payroll.
2. Good in Excel, Understanding and hands-on on SAP and SuccessFactors.
3. Experience in Pre and Payroll processes.
4. Excellent Knowledge of leaves, sickness calculations and regulatory filings for France.
5. Good Communication skills and ability to communicate/manage clients in English language and French Language. This is a hands-on doer role
Good to have skills
- Handson experience in SuccessFactors report creation, resolving replication issues is a must for the role of the above experience.
- Weekend off, however at times or during cut off the team is expected to be available.
