Position: Team Lead – Embedded Systems (UAV)
Location: Noida Sec 67
Experience: 5+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead embedded systems development Team (hardware and firmware) for UAVs.
- Support flight testing, tuning, and validation.
- Perform debugging, failure analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with mechanical, aero, and software teams.
- Assist in system architecture and component selection.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Desired Skills:
- Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
- Experience with ARM Cortex and STM32 microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN protocols.
- Familiarity with debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic analyzer).
- Experience with Mission Planner or QGroundControl (preferred).
- Knowledge of basic UAV systems, PID tuning, and MAVLink.
- Strong Git and problem-solving skills.
Leadership Skills:
- Experience managing small teams (2–8 members).
- Strong planning and communication skills.
KPIs:
- On-time delivery.
- System performance and reliability.
- Team productivity.
Qualification: Engineering / R&D
Experience: 5 years of experience in embedded systems.
