We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Customer Support & Visa Operations | Visaero
Location: World Trade Center, Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 6–8 Years
At Visaero, we are transforming global travel through intelligent visa processing solutions. We are now looking for a highly driven Team Lead to take charge of our Customer Support & Visa Operations — someone who can own execution, enforce SLAs, and drive operational excellence end-to-end.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Team Ownership & Delivery:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the support and visa processing team
- Drive productivity, quality, and adherence to defined timelines
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely execution
- Maintain strong communication and accountability across stakeholders
Customer Experience:
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain high service standards across all customer touchpoints
Visa Operations Governance:
- Ensure all visa-related data is accurate and up to date
- Oversee visa review, embassy submissions, and tracking
- Enforce strict SLA adherence across the lifecycle
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Accounts, Business, and internal teams
- Ensure seamless execution and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ownership mindset with an execution-first approach
- Ability to drive teams, vendors, and processes with discipline
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Prior experience in travel visas or visa operations is a strong advantage
Work Structure
6-day working week (Alternate Saturdays off)
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Work Mode:
- Full-time on-site role (WTC Kharadi, Pune)
- Work from home provisioned for the evening shift
Additional Notes
- This is a desk-based role (no travel required)
