Position Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader – Sourcing And Closing for Commercial Real Estate to drive sales and leasing operations, lead a high-performing team, and manage premium commercial property transactions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the Navi Mumbai commercial market, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Requirement:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● MBA (Real Estate / Marketing) preferred
Experience:
● 5–10 years in commercial real estate (office/retail/industrial)
● Minimum 2–4 years in a team handling or leadership role
