Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead – Claims at our Hyderabad location. The Team Lead will oversee claims processing and management while guiding and mentoring a team to meet performance goals. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate claims handling, managing day-to-day claims operations, resolving issues, optimizing claims workflows, and providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with different departments to improve processes and strategies and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Strong Claims Handling and Claims Management expertise, including resolving and processing claims efficiently and effectively.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in Insurance-related concepts and practices relevant to claims management.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to manage interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing data, making strategic decisions, and improving claims operations.
- Proven leadership abilities, communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Proficiency in leveraging claims management systems and related tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; certifications in claims management or insurance are a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to the insurance and claims industry.
