Team Lead – Architecture
We're hiring a Team Lead for our Architecture production team. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll own project delivery, manage a team of BIM specialists, and be the primary point of contact for client coordination on architecture projects.
What you'll own:
- Day-to-day management of the architecture production team — workload allocation, QC, and deadlines
- Client communication: understanding briefs, managing feedback loops, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations
- Revit model quality — standards compliance, file structure, clash coordination with MEP/structural
- Mentoring junior and mid-level BIM specialists
- Keeping the team current on tools, workflows, and best practices
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of BIM experience in an architecture or AEC production environment
- Strong Revit skills — you can review a model and immediately spot what's wrong
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team, even informally
- Ability to read and interpret US or international construction documents
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Navisworks or coordination tool experience is a plus
