Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – APAC Staffing to oversee recruitment operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, manage stakeholder relationships, drive hiring strategies, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across multiple business functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the APAC recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC regions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies for volume hiring and niche skill recruitment.
- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Handle escalations and resolve recruitment-related challenges efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, company policies, and hiring standards.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and market intelligence updates for management.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across APAC.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong experience in APAC hiring and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT staffing or multinational recruitment environments.
- Knowledge of regional hiring practices across APAC countries.
- Experience handling client-facing recruitment operations.
- HR or recruitment certifications are an added advantage.
