Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Head/ Sales Manager located in Noida. The Team Head/ Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, formulate and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships. The role involves organizing and conducting client meetings, driving team performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve sales targets. The leader will also be responsible for mentoring team members to meet their objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Team Handling, and Leadership
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate operations and processes
- Ability to formulate and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and client handling
- Goal-driven mindset with a knack for motivating and mentoring team members
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage
