Position: Team Leader – Sales
Roles And Responsibilities
➢ Drive and exceed monthly enrolment targets through effective end-to-end sales management — both individual and team-based.
➢ Lead and manage a team of approx. 10 sales passionate, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
➢ Set clear goals aligned with company objectives and monitor performance metrics.
➢ Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
➢ Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
➢ Conduct reviews and track team performance metrics, report on progress towards goals.
➢ Contribute individually to key sales initiatives and business growth.
➢ Identify and troubleshoot problems, implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
➢ Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the EdTech industry.
➢ Represent the team in interdepartmental meetings and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
➢ Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing / Management.
➢ Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in EdTech sales.
➢ Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
➢ Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
Remuneration & Benefits:
➢ Salary: Up to 13 LPA (based on last drawn) + performance based incentives

Further Details:
Location: Lower Parel.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
